Curly/thick hair trouble!?

Hey. I'm 15 and mexican/american (I look mostly white). My hair is naturally VERY thick and curly. It takes me about an hour to straighten it well and whenever i leave it curly (which is often) i have to put A LOT of hairspray, gel, mouse...you name it. I hate the look of having my hair hard and plastered down, but that seems to be the only way i can style it without it poofing out and becoming a frizy mess =/ I would really appreciate it if anyone could give me some cute, not to difficult hairstyles that i can use. THANK YOU SO MUCH :D

Curly/thick hair trouble!?

have the hairstylist thin it out. that is what my sister has to do otherwise it looks like a fuzzy red afro! LOL!

or you can put it up into a ponytale..that works too...

GOOD LUCK! :)

I have curly, wavy hair any good hair styles?

I have curly, wavy hair like its straight in the top and when it goes down it gets curly with natural red highlights. My hair goes up to the end of my sholder. i wanna try some good NEW hair styles any ideas?

I have curly, wavy hair any good hair styles?

I have the same type of hair, and definitely use moose and scrunch up your hair. Hey, try layers!!!! OMG, they are a miracle! Gives you hair a new bounce and you can flip it out with a brush and a hair dyer. You look like a movie star!

I have curly, wavy hair any good hair styles?

scrunch your hair!

What can I do to make my hair go from curly to relaxed?

I really don't want to get any type of perm, unless its not too drastic. I have really curly/frizzy hair, and I would like it to just be relaxed or wavy, any products would help too, but please, products that work! Thanks.

What can I do to make my hair go from curly to relaxed?

My hair is super curly like yours and it used to be really short when I was little because my mom wouldn't let me grow it out. She finally let me last year and my hair has become much more relaxed, but it's still curly, just without all the frizz. I don't know how long your hair is but growing it out does help. For products, I recommend Redkin and Garnier Fructis, they work really well when trying to de-frizz my hair because sometimes it still gets like that. When I straighten my hair it ends up looking just like a normal person with straight hair, so you could also try that. I use a Redkin protectant/straightening cream before I do it so that my hair doesn't fry. You could also get it chemically straightened, but that's like a perm. I've heard that it works but when it grows out it ends up looking kind of weird because the top of it is curly and the bottom is stick straight. Good luck!

What can I do to make my hair go from curly to relaxed?

use a flat iron,,these work great,,,,,,

I have curly frizzy hair, how do i manage?

I have long really curly and frizzy hair. when i streight my hair it gets frizzy after a cuple of minutes. i want to wear my hair curlly but it is too curly. i want to find a way to make my hair wavy. please help me, thanks

I have curly frizzy hair, how do i manage?

- Read the book and visit the sites below about curly hair. I did and my once horrible curly hair is now virtually frizz-free ringlets. Now I get compliments on my hair all the time! Straighten your hair- be happy for a day, learn to manage your curly hair- be happy for life!

- To style your hair using the curly-girl method you will need gel, a leave in cream, and conditioner at the minimum. Some less useful, but still nice stuff would be a blowdryer, a diffuser (reduces frizz in curly/wavy hair when used with dryer), and a microfiber hair turban (to dry wet hair while sleeping or in the morning).

-The main philosophy of the curly-girl method is to not use shampoo. This may sound unhygenic but it has actually made my hair less oily and dandruffy. Most shampoos contain some of the same chemicals found in laundry detergent (aka sodium laureth sulfate or anything close to that). They dry out curly hair. Also you shouldn't brush your curly hair dry because it damages the hair and makes it poof.

- Massaging of the scalp with conditioner to remove dirt is all that is needed. It will clean everything but super clingy silicones (cyclopentasiloxane and dimethicone are examples). Then rinse and spread conditioner on the outside layer of hair and the hair at the nape of your neck. Gently comb tangles out with your fingers or a wide toothed comb and rinse with cold/cool water.

- Do not brush/comb your hair after this point because it wil disturb the curl pattern (make sure you already have a part). It is also important to use gel on sopping wet hair and scrunch the hair with your fingers. Make sure gel is evenly distributed everywhere in your hair. If you use too much you can always scrunch out the crunchy texture later.

- Use paper towels or an old t-shirt to gently scrunch some of the water out (generic towels can make hair frizz). You can either let your hair air dry or wait ten minutes and then use a blowdryer with a diffuser. Dry until your hair is almost dry, and then let air dry the last bit. Do not touch the hair while it is air drying or it will frizz!

- Use a moisturizing conditioner, such as Desert Essence Organics Italian Red Grape Conditioner (found at health food/organic stores) or Activate Hydrating Conditioner (drugstore). The combo of products that I use daily is L'Oreal Out of Bed Weightless Texturizer (comes in a black-colored tub) and then Herbal Essences Totally Twisted Gel or Body Envy Gel, but there are more conditioners, gels, etc. on the websites. The products I recommended are my personal favorites and contain no silicones.

- Your hair may seem worse at first, but it is just adjusting. This may take a couple weeks to begin working. Before you decide to quit shampoo, do a final cleanse with shampoo and stop the use of any products with silicones in them. Hope this helps!

I have curly frizzy hair, how do i manage?

Sunsilk has shampoo and conditioner for curly/frizzy hair. The 24/7 creme is the BEST. I use the green bottle of Sunsilk 24/7 creme for DeFrizz...and its great...you can put it on damp hair, and dry hair.

Frizz ease might help...I didnt care for it though.

Good luck!

I have curly frizzy hair, how do i manage?

nexxus smooth shampoo and conditioner, they also make a smoothing serum that works really well.

I have curly frizzy hair, how do i manage?

get the book called curly girl..it is great. I have the same kind of hair except mine is shoulder lenght. dont wash it everyday..maybe every three days. put gel in it and then let it air dry. do not blow dry or brush it. if u want it straight with no frizz u need a good flat iron. I dont suggest a lot of flat iroining bc it will damage your hair. if u have curly hair then u need to learn to love your curls and only straighten it sometimes. good luck!

I have curly frizzy hair, how do i manage?

My hair is the same way the only thing that works for me is Garnier Fructis sleek and shine ,shampoo and conditioner,I also use he leave in conditioner and the smoothing milk and let it dry and I it works better than anything I've tried and I've tried many, many products. And it leaves my hair with light curls.

I have curly frizzy hair, how do i manage?

I have thick curly hair and I find that John Frieda Frizz Ease products work the best for me!!! I use their shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner, and finishing balm. It looks great and my hair doesn't get damaged from it...if anything, my hair has gotten sooooo soft since I've been using it!

The wonderful think about it, is that they make their products geared towards curly haired women who want straight hair, like me AND curly haired women who wanna have the curls, like you!

It's really amazing and I'm sure you'll love it!

Good Luck! :o)

HELP me with my curly/wavy hair issues!!?

Ok, so i have curly/wavy hair, its more curly than wavy. every time i wash my hair, no matter how good the conditioner %26amp; shampoo are, once it dries, my hair gets frizy. i realize that a reason why its like that its because for the past year and so ive been straightening my hair with an iron WITHOUT heat protection. so im going hair product hunting and i would like to know from those of you who have the same same problems with your hair, what are some good products that i can buy at a drugstore like cvs, for anti frizz, after shower hair styling so that i can start showing off my curls? i dont want any gels and such. hope u can help me!

HELP me with my curly/wavy hair issues!!?

I have the same prob with that how long is your hair?

my hair is kind of short and i use mousse to make my hair stay curly and it helps but sometimes i don't put any thing in my hair. when i do put a lot of stuff and i have tried a lot of stuff like gels they don't work all that well so i have found that mousse works and so do other curling gels that help keep the curls in

i do hope that this helped you in any way

I live in maryland this is what i have put in my hair

Garnier Fructis Style Curl Construct Mousse

Leave-in Conditioning Cream Curl %26amp; Shine

also Sleek %26amp; Shine Anti-Humidity Styling Cream

all are Garnier Fructis Style

HELP me with my curly/wavy hair issues!!?

Ok there is freeze ease but I love biosilk, You can buy it at tradesecret. It is the only thing that works in my extremely curlely hair

HELP me with my curly/wavy hair issues!!?

try the hair cream from the shampoo and conditioner u use

HELP me with my curly/wavy hair issues!!?

Go with Garnier Fructis. It is inexpensive (buy it at Wal-Mart) and it works Great!. I use the Length and Strength Shampoo and Conditioner. Then I follow up with the Leave in conditioner finish off with the sleek and shine anti humidity hairspray. Also do not wash your hair every day. Every other day or every third day is plenty. Your hair will not dry out and frizz as bad.

HELP me with my curly/wavy hair issues!!?

My hair stylist suggested this product for my hair which is also wavy/curly and definitely frizzy. It has worked very well for me and doesn't leave your hair hard or crispy. I found that it works best if you put it on wet or damp hair (do not touch afterwards!) and let it dry. I've tried other products like this one but all of them made my hair greasy at the top and this one does not do that. This has been the best product I have used for my hair.

Curly/Wavy hair help please?

ok well for you guys who have seen Cheaper by the Dozen 2.... well Carmen Electra who plays the rich guys wife you know how her hair is kinda wavy and curly how do they get that style. I know you do it with a curling iron but what size curling iron and whenever I curl my hair it comes out completely curly not in soft waves like how her hair is. Does anyone know how to do your hair like that?

Curly/Wavy hair help please?

It's probably a large wave crimping iron in which you do not wrap the hair around it you just keep going to new section of hair starting where you left off. :-)

Curly/Wavy hair help please?

You have to use the LARGE rod curling iron.

Curly/Wavy hair help please?

no idea

Curly/Wavy hair help please?

maybe if u google it you will know

Curly/Wavy hair help please?

me too have wavy hair but i make it straight ,dont like it. my hair is too much and very black!

Curly/Wavy hair help please?

Use a large, round curling iron. Use styling spritz on each strand that you curl. Spray, curl, spray, curl, etc...until you curl all your hair. The curls will relax once you run your fingers through it. I use a little bit of Biosilk on my hair; just a dab, it's greasy, while running my fingers through it. Once it is soft looking; wavy, instead of really curly, I spray it with hairspray. It's wavy, still soft, and smells great. It is worth the time and effort to have your hair looking beautiful. I have worn my hair like this for a while. Everyone loves it, comments on it. It may take a while to do, but it's worth it. Good luck.

I have curly wavy hair and i really want to get it cut with kind of the choppy "scene" lay

I know that i just asked this question, but or some reason it was removed and i couldn't get to the answers.

i really like the whole "scene hair" style and i really want to get my hair cut something like that way, but i don't want to lose my curls/waves. My hair's not really frizzy tight curls, but more like loose curly waves about a bit longer than my shoulders. Is there any way that i can get this kind of hair cut like this without it looking stupid, like any particular way i can style it? Picture are GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! Thank you all!

I have a picture of how i want it cut if that helps any

http://i164.photobucket.com/albums/u16/_...

**o and please, don't give me stupid answers, don't call me a poser or any of that stuff just because i said "scene hair" to describe a hair cut, im not trying to conform to them, i just like the way it looks.**

I have curly wavy hair and i really want to get it cut with kind of the choppy "scene" layers?

no keep your hair don't get layers .

the way you described your hair makes it sound lovely.

so don't have it straight because scene hair doesn't always have to be. I mean scene is about being different so yeah keep the curls.

Just volumize you curls by tiping your head forward, spray you roots then flip your head back up and then add a massive hair bow, clip or headband to compliment your hair colour. just straighten the fringe. and then you could buy some clip in colour hair extensions to make it look scene tastic.

but if ya do decide to get layers your curls won't work it'll go weird and then it'll be "hello 230'C hair straighteners"

hot iorns = dry hair

hope this helps babe

I have curly wavy hair and i really want to get it cut with kind of the choppy "scene" layers?

well u could straighten it thats what most of em do anyway.

I have curly wavy hair and i really want to get it cut with kind of the choppy "scene" layers?

why is she holding her boobs?you could get it cut and then straighten ur hair everyday but that might be a hassel.

I have curly wavy hair and i really want to get it cut with kind of the choppy "scene" layers?

The whole "scene hair" thing is straight, choppy hair, so if you want it, you're gonna have to lose your curls.

You could try straightening your hair, go to the barber, have it cut all choppy or whatever and then always straighten your hair when you want "scene hair". You could also let your curls be, and hopefully it'll be appear as layers...

I have curly wavy hair and i really want to get it cut with kind of the choppy "scene" layers?

You will probably have to straighten your hair. My hair's naturally curly, so my stylist had to give me a dry cut after she straightened it. Also, what it looks like when it's straight- it'll be even shorter and harder to deal with when it's curly. Sooo, f your hair isn't really that curly, invest in a cheaper straightener and use products in your hair.

I have curly wavy hair and i really want to get it cut with kind of the choppy "scene" layers?

Print out that picture...from the link.

Bring it to your hair stylist/cutter.

And tell them to cut it like that.

You can't have scene hair unless you straighten it....thats is how scene hair is.

Its like saying you want spiral curls but without the curl part.

Try buying a pretty cheap straightener at your Walmart or Target they range from about 20-30 dollars.

Buy heat spray as well.

Preferably Treseme heat protector spray.

Hope this helped!

閳?br>I have curly wavy hair and i really want to get it cut with kind of the choppy "scene" layers?

scene hair is straight hair like pin straight but i guess u could jus straighten the layers and leave the ends curly though idk how that would look. if u do it well then i guess it should look good. good luck =]

With dry, curly&rough hair & fed up of using diff conditioners i've done off my hair.can

i am really fed up of my dry curly and rough hairand also terrible hair fall.i used many shampoos and conditioners but in vain.finally i have done off my hair completely and now i am getting new hair.how can i get smooth good hair which is soft ,healthy and strong?please suggest some means for me to get good glowing long healthy black hair?i have really great passion for good hair.i dream for good hair in fact.please help me out with good advice.thank you

With dry,curly%26amp;rough hair %26amp; fed up of using diff conditioners i've done off my hair.can i get smooth good hair

The key to good hair is nutrition. Take a multivitamin and Vitamin E capsule daily. Eat a decent amount of protein and gelatin for strong hair, and cook with canola oil for shiny hair.

I have dry, frizzy hair and use Garnier Fructis Sleek %26amp; Shine shampoo and conditioner. It really helps. I also use the Sleek %26amp; Shine Fortifying Deep Conditioner once a week. You should look for a deep conditioner at either a drug store or a beauty supply store. I'm sure the sales assistant can help.

I also suggest using either shea butter, olive oil, or coconut oil on your hair every week. Leave one of those on overnight, and wash it out in the morning. Coconut oil is great stuff -- it actually stengthens your hair and adds much needed moisture. You can find coconut oil in a natural food store or online.

I wouldn't suggest blow drying your hair, which may dry it out. And staightening your hair with a hot iron, even an expensive ceramic one, will damage your hair. You hair might look silky when you straighten it, but it will be damaged.

I hope I've been a help. Good luck!

With dry,curly%26amp;rough hair %26amp; fed up of using diff conditioners i've done off my hair.can i get smooth good hair

CUT IT. Then use ONLY salon shampoo/conditioner. I recommend Redken AllSoft.

With dry,curly%26amp;rough hair %26amp; fed up of using diff conditioners i've done off my hair.can i get smooth good hair

Buy a flat iron. They are 30 bucks at wal-mart and i am telling you when you straighten your hair with that your hair feels so smooth and silky just add a bit of frizz ease before straightning your hair.

It sounds like you could use a silk 10 inch weave LOL!!

Curly/Frizzy/Dry hair. Anyone have tips?

I have dry/curly/frizzy hair and I need something, a good hair product, to keep it moist and curly, just not frizzy. I also occasionally straighten my hair with a flat iron. Anyone have any tips on some hair products to use for my hair type?

Curly/Frizzy/Dry hair. Anyone have tips?

If your straightening your hair you should be using a heat protectant. Straightening your hair is damaging and if your hair is already dry and frizzy it will make it worse.

A conditioning treatment will also help with the frizz and the dryness.

It depends what you actually want to do with your hair in what styling product to use. A spray gel might be okay...easier not to use too much. Or a pomade. A serum is good after straightening too. Whatever you end up using...make sure you go easy. Too much product is not a good look.

Curly/Frizzy/Dry hair. Anyone have tips?

There are so many products out there for this. I use something called Aquage ( dunno where you are located) for hair straightening......I would go to a salon and ask a stylist, they can guide you on what would be best for your hair.

Curly/Frizzy/Dry hair. Anyone have tips?

Leave in conditioner. Also I use Schwarzkopf Anti Frizz Spray Lamiator. It has a shine mist. So it leaves your hair less frizzy and shiny! Its Highly Laminating. I use it and it works great. I bought it for about 5 dollars at CVS pharmacy, though I think they would sell it anywhere.

Curly/Frizzy/Dry hair. Anyone have tips?

there's some tips to treat Frizzy Hair:

1) Before taking a shower, comb your hair using a wide toothed comb while it is still dry. Doing so will prevent tangles and knots afterward. Hair is at it's weakest when wet, and combing it after the shower further damages it. After your shower, just finger comb your hair, gently separating it.

2) You should only wash your hair as often as you need to keep it clean. I suggest, about 1-2 washes a week, unless you sweat a lot, then anywhere from 2-4 washes a week.

Remember, when washing your hair, only wash your scalp. Hair doesn't get too dirty, and tousling it around, building up a lather, only serves to damage and tear at the cuticle, possibly making your hair much more frizzy.

3) Leave your conditioner on for a good 5-10 minutes. If you want, you can blast your hair with cold water to help close up the cuticle, for maximum shine.

4) Run some silicone (anti-frizz serum/creme) in your hair. Too much will make your hair appear greasy, rather than shiny.

Curly/Frizzy/Dry hair. Anyone have tips?

Keeping your hair well trimmed helps keep the frizz to a minimum because it keeps it healthier. I've found that colouring my hair (even to it's own colour, or a little darker) with a semi-permanent dye also does wonders for the condition of my own dry and curly hair. It makes it shiny and sleek.

I personally think it's better not to straighten your hair, because anything that uses heat can fry your hair into an even worse pouffy state. Use a moisturising shampoo and conditioner (I totally recommend Tresemme, never used ANYTHING better, EVER).

There's heaps of gloss products and leave-in conditioners, the best person to ask is your hair stylist, who can analyse your hair more closely and offer some suggestions.

but I recommend - get it healthy as you can (including a good diet with lots of fish for shine and drinking lots of water) as well as trying to fix the damage after it's done.

good luck, and yay for curly hair!

Curly/Frizzy/Dry hair. Anyone have tips?

Use some conditioner.

... That or shave your head.

Curly/Frizzy/Dry hair. Anyone have tips?

I also have the same problem, I use smooth and sleek shampoo and conditioner from matrix, it works really well.

Also when I blow dry straight, I use a powered brush by Ravo, it does all the work for me and no need for a straight iron. check out the website. Google Ravo.

you can also use the product called Frizz-Ease , it really works too.

Good Luck =)

Curly sexy hair?

I am african american and asian %26amp;%26amp; i have mixed hair. %26amp;%26amp; i recently got my hair cut so its to my shoulder in length. %26amp;%26amp; its really curly %26amp;%26amp; VERY very THICK!! i like leaving my hair down %26amp;%26amp; i dont like gels because it flakes a LOT so i tried a new mousse its called "curly sexy hair" %26amp;%26amp; its by hair sexy concepts. does anyone use this?

any help on styling? besides scrunching..also what is a "diffuser" %26amp;%26amp; what other hairstyles are cute besides just down..or in a pony tail?

Curly sexy hair?

take a hair piece from the front and put it back in a small clip. Also put it that way and do a side ponytail. For short curly hair, i would say to try and dry it out and then straighten it. don't do this often, otherwise it will burn ur hair!

Curly sexy hair?

yeah, whoever it was who said that you should take a piece of your hair from the front and put it back in a small clip most obviously has STRAIGHT hair.

that doesn't work for curly hair.

ok one of the best things to use is Pantene Foaming Wax

if your hair is frizzy (which it probably is, being curly) the best thing to do is to shampoo and condition with SunSilk de-frizz shampoo and conditioner, then use the anti-frizz creme if you can afford it (just a boost, it works well enough without the creme)

if you don't want to use the foaming wax, another really nice thing is just plain hair wax. you can get it at some stater brothers and a lot of targets. Good brands are La Bella, sunsilk, garnier fructis, and pantene. They are in general the best brands for curly hair.

a cheaper curl-mousse that works really well is V05 Curvaceous Curls mousse. It comes in a fat little bottle.

when I'm going to school or to work and I don't have much time, what I do is shampoo with the sunsilk products, then put in the creme, then the wax, and lastly the mousse. it sounds like a lot but you don't need very much of any of it, just a bit of each.

you might know by now that a lot of things will make your hair really crunchy and disgusting, and then if you try to scrunch it to de-harden it, it gets all huge again, but these products used this way make your hair actually soft. you still don't really want people to be touching and messing up your hair a lot, but if someone does touch your hair it's not going to ruin it. my boyfriend does it all of the time. The key is the wax.

I know this is really long but I understand how difficult curly hair can be. I really hope I've helped.

Curly Long Hair To Straight short hair?

I Have Hair Like This:

*Long

*Very Dark Brown

*Curly

But I Want Hair Like This:

*Short [Victoria Beckham Style]

*Light Brown

*Straight

Is This Possible?

Possible To Dye My Hair Lighter, Have The Victoria Beckham Style Hair And Straighten It Everyday?

What Do You Think?

I REALLY Want A Change. =]

All Answers Appreciated And Read. Thankyou. -Kim.

Curly Long Hair To Straight short hair?

I don't understand why you want to straighten your long curly hair. I have curly hair myself. I straighten my hair very seldom only when the weather is dry. Short curly hair is cute, too. If you want to straighten your hair, try relaxer or a maxiglide. The curly hair does shrink when it dries. Victoria Beckham's hair is real short. That means you have to keep your short hair straight all the time; otherwise, your curly hair will be too short if not straighten. The best solution is to talk with a professional hairstylist about the hair colorings and a new hairstyle.

Good Luck!

Curly Long Hair To Straight short hair?

I really don't know why you would want a straight short hairstyle. It's not very versatile, and it's hard to pull off. Long, curly hair is lovely. Why not just layer it and straighten it every now and then? Maybe highlight it too?

Dying dark brown hair involves bleaching. Not a pretty process, guaranteed to dry it out.

Curly Long Hair To Straight short hair?

strighten it, dye it, and cut it.

Curly Long Hair To Straight short hair?

It depends on if you have time everyday to do that

Curly Long Hair To Straight short hair?

Sure you can! But if your hair is naturally curly then you will be spending a LOT more time on your hair to get the look you want. Also need to remember that if you go swimming or it is humid outside then your hair will kink back up if its naturally curly. If you won't mind it being short and curly during those times then go for it! You can also put a permanent straightner in it (just use a regular perm and while your hair is covered with the solution repeatedly comb or brush through it to make it completely straight). It really just depends on how much you wanna put into your new look -- good luck! R

Curly Long Hair To Straight short hair?

Yes, it's definately possible. But for the dying part, I would suggest having that professionally done. Especially since you have a specific hair color in mind, the boxes can turn out wrong. For example, my friend bought a box of really blond hair color, and she had a dirty blond hair color, and when she died it, it turned out a dark brown. So you can't always trust those things.

For the straightening part, they have a process that will keep your hair straight. It's basically the opposite of a perm. Talk to your hair dresser about it though.

Best of luck, I'm sure it will look cute! :)

Curly Long Hair To Straight short hair?

i would say go for it...but this of this

its very hard tog et curly hair unless u fake it and get it permed....people pay TUNS of money to get curly hair....trust me, ive had it for 17 years of my life, its wonderful because when u go to dances or what ever u dont have to worry aout curling it...

dont cut it short unless u get a reverse perm and have it totaly permanantly straight.

and on the dying side....

go fo it...there are tuns of moistureizers out there to help your hair from becoming dryed out and stuff. leave in conditioners, hot oil treatments (can also be store baught) so go for the hair colouring, but i would think about getting it cut and shorted to that length ;)

Curly Long Hair To Straight short hair?

wellllll...I'd say you should start out by dying your hair. Dye it the color you want and try to get used to it. If you like it, move to step 2. Cut your hair the way you want it. If you dont like it, try straightening it. You'll have to straighten it everymorning/day depending on when you do you hair/makeup. Make sure you dont speed things because you cant do anything about it once its dyed and cut!

hope i helped!

Curly Long Hair To Straight short hair?

You need to go to a reputable salon and have them chemically straighten your hair, however, it may not last still. I have wavy hair and I have gotten a reversed perm twice, it doesnt take out all the curl, but it helps. I do have to straighten my hair every day. Its not too short tho, its pass my ears. See if you can find a website that shows hair styles and with your face type what you would look like. Make sure you get a good flat iron, not one from walmart or a place like that, but a place that sells salon products. You want a ceramic style. Good luck.

Curly Long Hair To Straight short hair?

i have to striaghten my hair everyday 2 ....but you can go and get your hair cut like you wanted then dye it like you wanted then ask the ladie wat kind of straightener will work for my new hair.....good luck!! :)

Curly, frizzy hair?

So I have naturally curly and frizzy hair.

I want my hair to be pin straight.

I straighten it every morning, but the heat outside makes it curly again.

I can't make it to my bus stop without it getting curly again.

Help?

Curly, frizzy hair?

i use this stuff by maxxius called sleak and shine...it work i also have the maxxius straightener for about $80 it works awesome and worth the cost.

Curly, frizzy hair?

get it chemically straighted at the salon

Curly, frizzy hair?

You need to use bio silk or any anti frizzing sir um or spray. Then use a hot hot iron..make sure that you are really straightening your hair. Are you just using a blow dryer? that might be the reason why. I use hot tools brand straightener and I run the iron over my hair 2-3 times. It's real silky****

Curly, frizzy hair?

try using aussie products.

hair gel

%26amp;

hair spray

(any brand but aussie is amazing!)

(and sunsilk shampoo is awesome)

Curly, frizzy hair?

use a mousse, like when you get out of the shower towel dry it and then put on the mousse it should stay curly.

or get it chemicly straightend

Curly, frizzy hair?

Start with a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Let your hair air dry as much as you can. If you have to use a hair dryer, after you towel dry, use paper towels to blot as much water as you can from your hair and use the lowest heat setting (even if this means getting up and hour earlier). At least once a week, use a deep conditioner. I use and recommend Framesi Options Hair Products. These are the only products I use and sell at my salon. I use and recommend the CHI flat iron by Farouk. Be sure to use a product designed to protect your hair from repeated contact with the heat of the straightener, no matter what brand of flat iron you use. Options WIO Straight Balm by Framesi is the best I've ever used. Hope the information helps.

I have super curly, frizzy hair and i want jessica simpson hair extentions, should i get curly or st

The clip in extentions comes in straight and curly. What I want to know is should I get the Straight extentions and then just straighten my hair everyday? Or should I get the curly extentions. The problem is with the curly ones my hair is supper frizzy so i dont think it will ever look right. But would it look okay if my hair is chin-length and straightened with the curly extentions, because thats what it looks like Jessica Simpson did in the pictures? Help please.

Curly hair and travelling?

OK my hair has a wild wave to it so I blow dry and straighten it everyday but I am planning to travel for a year and don't feel like waisting my time doing this everyday so does anyone have any suggestions for hair styles that would help as I cannot stand my hair as is..? Permantly straighten, some kind of perm(not grandma kind), braid extensions, extensions.. so on.. Any ideas??

Curly hair and travelling?

Wear a bandana

Curly hair and travelling?

casual bun with a loose strand framing your face. easy, casual look, goes with anything.

Curly hair and travelling?

I wouldn't permanently straighten your hair. I did that to my hair and messed it up real bad. I have tried it more then once. The first time was okay but it really damages your hair and then second time was a disaster. I have also used home kits to relax my hair and they do work but they are also very damaging to your hair. If you want to keep your hair healthy then just put in in a pony, bun or some type of hairstyle that will keep your hair out of your face. I have very curly hair but now I prefer to just keep it curly because it is easier to care for healthy hair then damaged dead hair. Also, the Aussie haircare products work great in my hair and I've tried everything!

Good luck.

Hair problems : curly!?

i use pantene pro-v mousse after i get out of the shower and towel dry my hair. just scrunch it to get it all through out. when it dries it still looks like it's wet and really curly. i've had people ask me if i just got out of the shower and i'm like no it's completely dry i just use mousse! also try a leave in conditioner twice a week to help with dryness and fly aways. hope this helps :)

Hair problems : curly!?

I know exactly what you mean I have the same problom there is a gel that when you put it in while you are combing your hair it will allow your hair to stay curly and look wet as your hair drys. It is Conair's wet and wild hair gel.

Hair problems : curly!?

use professional products . if your hair texture is thick i would suggest that you get sleek look form matrix it comes in a orange bottle get the shampoo and cond. you will also need an anti frizz . also use a cream for curles. if your hair is fine texture just get a professional products from a salon. use a spray for curles . put the styling aids in your hair when it wet. let it air dry and do not brush or pick your hair. if you do it will get big

Hair problems : curly!?

I also have cute curly hair=) Use the conditioner from Herbal Essences Hello Hydration line. It tames your hair and defines it after use come from the shower, pat the towel around your hair, and then add a bit of hair lotion, I recommend blue magic hair and scalp conditioner. That should do the job. My hair was really crazy/poofy/and dry and when I started using those two products my hair is just so beautiful and tame, and it's never dry!

Make my hair NOT curly.?

Yea so i am half italian and i have the curly italian hair. I hate it because when i tried to grow my hair out, it was jsut WAY TOO CURLY. See i dont mind if its a little bit curly, but this was way too curly and it did not look good. Is there anyway that i can grow my hair out and not have it be curly?????!!!

Make my hair NOT curly.?

when you grow it out, buy a hot iron (I think that's what it's called).....after getting out of the shower you can use it to help make your hair straight. or you can just have it professionally done. which would probably be the better thing to do since the hot iron can damage your hair.

Make my hair NOT curly.?

you can use styling products that take the curly out or you can go and have it professionally straightened when it gets longer.

Make my hair NOT curly.?

i'm sorry if this is a lil offensive but you're a boy! You shouldn't be worrying about your hair! Anyways..... maybe it can be a lil fustrating... i can suggest getting a relaxer or flat iron.... idk!

Make my hair NOT curly.?

When you are growing out your hair, you can buy a hair straightening iron that you can use and that should give you the desired style that you are looking for. You can also use hair styling products that will help with this.

Make my hair NOT curly.?

Go to ;your hair place, and ask them if they have any shampoo's, gell, anything.

Or you could just straighten it everrrryday

Make my hair NOT curly.?

use a relaxer on your hair

or chemically straighten it.

you can wash it and it will still be straight cos it works really well.

=]

or you could just get a flat iron straightner.

Curly frizzy hair?

i have very curly frizzy hair i need a way to keep it straight or not frizzy i leave my hair naturally alot and now im bored with the same curly frizzy curls everyday i've also been using a straightner for a year and all it did was dry out my hair i havent used a straightner in a week im wondering wether to or not. btw no hair products work i have millions of shampoo's,sprays, gels conditioners etc is there something i can do??

Curly frizzy hair?

what has worked GREAT for me is that i shampoo, condition, and glaze with the john frieda products. then, i take some straightening balm (i use brilliant brunette) and make about 6 large braids, a little loose. then i let it air dry and when i take them out, i have nice loose waves and its not frizzy! if they do get a little frizzy, i put the sunsilk de-frizz stuff on them. i know how it is, because products never worked for my hair, but this really worked for me. hopefully, your frizzy hair may go away, because hair texture and stuff can change every 6-8 years.

Curly frizzy hair?

i have the same exact problem.

i haven`t straightened my hair in a while because it damages my hair. ( i straightened it everyday)

you should do a hot oil treatment.

get olive oil.

heat it up for 20 seconds in microwave.

apply evenly through hair.

leave on for 10 minutes.

%26amp; rinse out.

but if your hair feels greasy.

shampoo hair.

or if you don`t want to do the treatment.

use a deep conditioner and leave it on for 5 minutes. ( i recommend the pantene restoritives one)

good luck =]]

Curly frizzy hair?

I also used to have curly/frizzy hair and I got a perm.....or you can straighten it every day but then thats really bad for your hair so good luck with that....and by the way, all the costs of the products

and or straighteners you are going to buy is going to add up to

the cost of the perm which is like $60-$150 and then you would

have just wished that you got a perm instead.

Curly frizzy hair?

Hot Oil Treatment!

Take 1/2 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons honey, and 3 Vitamin E capsules. Mix it all together and heat until just warm. Apply all over damp hair, and wrap it in a shower cap. Wrap a warm towel on top.

Leave it on over night, and even the next day. Rinse with hot water until it isn't greasy any more.

Try not to use a hard shampoo, as it will strip the oil from the hair cuticle, and let your hair air dry as much as possible.

Curly frizzy hair?

Aye you must be young, /once you're older you'll know how to curl/style your hair differently everyday. Don't worry for now no one cares.

Curly frizzy hair?

Sounds like me. When I was younger I tried everything to get rid of the frizzies including straitening and getting a perm. Messed my hair up for quite awhile. Now all I do is wash it with a shampoo/conditioner combo, put some Paul Mitchell mousse in it brush, and go. With the mousse it air dries and the natural curl comes out without frizz. That's pretty hard to do where I live with high humidity too. Since your hair is problably damaged from the other stuff you've done to it, condition it once a week with a heavy conditioner and put a leave in conditioner in daily.

Curly frizzy hair?

First of all stop using sprays and gels. They are just further damaging your hair. No joke. I have naturally curly hair and I managed to get control of the frizz after I stopped using those products. Try using aloe vera gel, the 100% stuff, on your hair every time you shampoo. You put it in after you get out of the shower when your hair is damp, not soaking wet but damp.

Buy a shampoo and condition that has Avocado oil in it. Or use Redken. Thats what works for me. Don't use a straighten, blow dryer or anything like that on your hair. It just causes further damage to the strands themselves.

Try doing a hot oil treatment once a week on your hair. I usually use a dallop of olive oil. I put it into my hair, spread it all around let it sit for 20 minutes while I take a steamy shower then I wash and condition my hair. Or you can use baby oil as well. Just baby oil is harder to get all the way out.

Good luck!

Curly frizzy hair?

i have really really thick frizzy curly hair , and i brought thinning scissors and thinning my hair then put a little bit of baby oil through it and straightened it , try it , i loved it !

Apart from a perm (and curlers and curling irons), is there any way to make straight or wavy hair cu

Do any of these "curl activating" shampoos work? My hair was curly when I was little, has unconformed waves where it is humid and it is stick straight where it is dry. My little boy has the same curls that I had when I was little, and I am living vicariously through him, refusing to cut his hair(it comes down past his shoulder blades now!) Any advice?

Apart from a perm (and curlers and curling irons), is there any way to make straight or wavy hair curly?

You could scrunch your hair. While your hair is damp, put a curl shaping gel or mousse in it, then dry it on low heat with a diffusing hair dryer, then hair spray after that.

Apart from a perm (and curlers and curling irons), is there any way to make straight or wavy hair curly?

Try pin curls in your hair. Just twist sections of hair and pin them to you head. Your hair should be wet when you do this. Let your hair air dry, take the bobby pins out and then you should have curly hair!!

Apart from a perm (and curlers and curling irons), is there any way to make straight or wavy hair curly?

body waves are nice for a subtle wave. but if your hair is competly straight now the conditioners and shampoos wont do anything for you. hope that helps

Apart from a perm (and curlers and curling irons), is there any way to make straight or wavy hair curly?

try braiding it at night while its wet (after a shower) then take them out in the morning (or after a few hours if you are going somewhere) and you should have waves. (Spray some hair spray on the braids before unbraiding and as soon as you unbraid so they won't fall out.

FYI - the smaller the braids the tighter the waves.

Otherwise just use a curling iron. I don't think the shampoos and such work.

Apart from a perm (and curlers and curling irons), is there any way to make straight or wavy hair curly?

you could use a crimper or a hair straightener that can curl your hair or a Perm.

Apart from a perm (and curlers and curling irons), is there any way to make straight or wavy hair curly?

Use the curling shampoos....and when u get out get some mousse, and scrunch scrunch scrunch...and you will get some curl in it, buy a de-fussier for your hairdryer too and use it, it will work!

Apart from a perm (and curlers and curling irons), is there any way to make straight or wavy hair curly?

The only other way to curl is to use a diffuser, if your hair is chin length, (a little shorter or a little longer), this works out really well, use mousse, and put the diffuser on low and crunch your hair as drying, this works best if you have even just a little body in your hair, then fix !!!!!!!! Hope this works for you !!!!!

Apart from a perm (and curlers and curling irons), is there any way to make straight or wavy hair curly?

yes curl activators work especialy if it is in ur genes to hav a tendency toward curly hair...cut his hair when he's asleep...you shouldn't let children control you you are the boss.

Curly scene hair bbz?

try scrunching it. it'll be a lot less damage on your hair than straightening. or just leave it natural, put a little anti-friz serum in it, but not too much because it'll get greasy. hmm, my hair is really frizzy and curly too and i use aussie mousse products and they work really well so i would reccomend them to you.

good luck :)

Curly hair conditioner?

A friend turned me on to this: Instead of rinsing out the conditioner use just a pea-size amount (more or less depending on hair length), massage thruout the hair, comb through then scrunch. It leaves my hair soft, curls defined and bouncy, and no frizz. Must use only the minimum amount necessary to comb thru. Works better than any leave-in cond.

Anyone else doing this??

Curly hair conditioner?

Works well, but would not do this every day, conditioner tends to attract dust/dirt in the air and builds up, is harder to wash out when shampooing.....what I like to do is massage conditioner into my scalp before I step in the shower, let it react with the heat (don't get your hair wet right away) and then after I am through soaping and rinsing get my hair wet and use just a tidbit of shampoo to get the remainder of the conditioner out). My hair is naturally curly and very difficult to control, this works well for me without leaving a residue to attract dust and so forth. Very important for me as my workplace is quite dusty.....hope this helps, enjoy your weekend...p%26amp;l...

Any tips on getting curly / wavy hair [ im a guy with about 2.5 inches of hair]?

Most puerto ricans [ not to be stero typical if this offends sum ppl] have curly and nice hair. I have had reg short skin tight fade since about 8th grade. I let my hair grow over the summer there was a time when my hair was reeaaal long and my hair gets more trained when its longer but it doesnt look that good. My hair is nice it does get curly if I have gel in it or if it is wet. But I guess I wasnt blessed wif the perfect hair . If i dont have gel or if my hair isnt wet it is poofy and once it dries up it gets bad and real ugly. Does anyone have any advise on how I can train my hair so that it can look decent without me having to put gel or stuff in it EVERYDAY, also some advise on how to make your hair more curly/ wavy would be really appreciated.. I hair combing it , because if I comb it, it gets real poofy.

Any tips on getting curly / wavy hair [ im a guy with about 2.5 inches of hair]?

Whoa dont worry dude! Now I know most people would just give you a list of gels, mousses, shampoos etc...but though these are effective they can also sometime cause damage as they are not made from natural ingredients. You have hair which probably is on the drier side which is why it gets poofy when u comb it. Lets tackle your first problem which is dry hair then we shall see about curly/wavy hair.

What I have given here area few steps to acheive really great luxuriant hair Naturally. You not only strenghthen your hair but they will look thicker, shinier and vibrant.

1) Massage: Massage improves circulation, which in turn improves the health of your hair and scalp. A few drops of vitamin E oil mixed with 2 tsp jojoba oil massaged into the scalp is recommended to strengthen fragile hair and help prevent dry, flaky skin and hair cuticles.

Give yourself a daily massage (not necessarily with oil everyday) for 5-10 minutes to stimulate circulation, which is vital for healthy hair growth. Using your fingers (knuckles), work over the surface of the scalp, temples and back of the head, applying pressure in circular movements.

Also if you want thicker and stronger hair there is another step you must follow:

Hair-tugging Exersice:

Bend your head forward.

Grasp a hank of hair close to scalp.

Tug hard, relax your grip, then tug again. Remember its tugging not pulling!!

Repeat the procedure three times.

Repeat all over scalp, to stimulate new, thicker growth, concentrating on any thinning areas, such as the sides of the forehead.

Caution: Don't be too rough when you are massaging your scalp. Vigorous pulling or brushing can actually pull hair out of your head and damage the hair.

2) Cleansing: Shampoo you hair with a mild shampoo (especially if you wash your hair daily). Strong chemical shampoos strip the natural moistures from your hair rendering it drier than before.

3) Conditioning: You can certainly use Bottled conditioners available in the market, but I have given a few home made recipes with natural ingredients which are really good for the hair.

Banana olive hair treat

Here's a treat for your hair which you can do once a week. (It Conditions, Nourishes, Moisturises and brings awesome shine with natural ingredients)

Blend 1 banana with 1/3 cup of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. (You can get both at the supermarket)

Rinse your hair.

Towel dry.

Apply on your slightly damp hair. Especially on the ends.

Wrap your hair with a plastic wrap.

Leave it on 30 minutes to an hour or so.

Remove the plastic wrap

Now Shampoo and Rinse your hair as normal.

Add 1 tablespoon cider vinegar and 1 drop of lavender oil to 3 cups of water.

Pour the lavender cider vinegar water over your hair as the final rinse, for shiny hair.

Wrap hair in a fluffy towel to dry.

Style as normal...

Now that your hair is looking and feeling good and you have also retained its moisture...you will have more manageable hair. If you want waves in your hair, after your shower just finger comb your hair and as you do so keep twisting it gently till it looks almost wavy. Now let it dry naturally without using hair drier or gels etc. u will have a head full of wavy hair (cant say curly because its natural look so depends how twisting your hair will turn out)

If you follow these steps everyweek, I guarantee you from personal experience that you will have really gorgeous hair. I had thin dry and damaged hair due to excessive perming and colouring but these steps (my Aunts and Moms advise) helped me get back my Crowning Glory!! Hope you like these remedies!

Don't wave your hair. I know guys who straighten their hair, and I know guys who curl their hair. They've never been on a date because girls like confident guys who don't fake their curls. (Yeah, girls do straighten their hair...and I sometimes curl mine....we aint perfect either though!)

The 70s is comming back get a man perm men used to do that and then claim it was natural.

Any tips on getting curly / wavy hair [ im a guy with about 2.5 inches of hair]?

Go to the store and by mousse. Dampen your hair, put some in your hand, scrunch your hair, and let it do the rest. Works for me.

Any tips on getting curly / wavy hair [ im a guy with about 2.5 inches of hair]?

Well you could comb it then use hairspray to keep it the way you want. I don't really know how a guy would mak ehis hair curly/ wavy.

Any tips on getting curly / wavy hair [ im a guy with about 2.5 inches of hair]?

Yes let your girl friend tease it.

Any tips on getting curly / wavy hair [ im a guy with about 2.5 inches of hair]?

There's a type of gel/puddy/something that you can buy at any stylist or even Wal-Mart...you rub it in your hair and it makes it curly.

Unfortunately I don't recalla brand name at the moment, but I know they sell it, and it is relatively cheap.

Any tips on getting curly / wavy hair [ im a guy with about 2.5 inches of hair]?

Perms might be a bad idea if you only what a little wave. Use gel and crunch while you blow dry. You should get a nice wave. I prefer straight hair over perms!

Any tips on getting curly / wavy hair [ im a guy with about 2.5 inches of hair]?

This is an ancient thing to do, but you could get someone to give you a fingerwave. Not like a female, though, with really defined waves. You just want some big waves that will look nice. You wash your hair and put gel in while it's still wet. Then, get someone who knows how to do the fingerwaves. You probably don't want a lot of waves around your face, but more in the back of the head. Sit under a dryer to get the hair dry. Then comb out the waves- they'll be poofy, so then you gently put in some (a little) mousse/gel to weight it back down again. Don't comb again or the waves will come out. Try it!

Scrunching hair (mine is so curly and frizzy)?

OK, so when i get out of the shower and let my hair air dry and my hair gets soo curly its unbelievable. I have to straighten my hair every day to actually make it look decent. I have side bangs and if i don't straighten it then they just curl up and look awful. So, i wanted to experiment and try to scrunch my hair but it always ends up looking awful and frizzy. Can someone give me a step by step process that I could do to scrunch my hair? Also i have a question, would i have to just straighten my bangs while the other part is scrunched? I just dont want my hair to look to frizzy and I want the hair to look curly but nice curls. Not over powering curly frizzy hair that I have.

Scrunching hair (mine is so curly and frizzy)?

It sounds like you have the same hair type as my sister. Try doing this. However, it may look weird with your bangs, so you might need to end up straightening them.

1. When your hair is wet, (do not towel dry) get LA Looks gel, the light blue one, and scrunch it on your whole head. Use a good amount of it.

2. Do the same with L'Oreal Springing Curls Mouse

Make sure you put the same amount on both sides of your head.

3. Get a defuser and defuse hair until fully dry. It may look funny at first. But once you sleep on it your hair should look more tame.

Good Luck!

Scrunching hair (mine is so curly and frizzy)?

alright. i wouldn't scrunch my bangs.

you could put them up in bobby pins and it looks fine.

first you.

get your hair a little damp.

then add lots of hair gel to you hair and lift your hair from the bottom up with your fingers.

it works well.

when your done add some hairspray to keep it in.

good luck.

hope i helped!

Scrunching hair (mine is so curly and frizzy)?

I have really frizzy hair, but mine is wavy, not curly. I always wore my hair up until I tried John Frieda's Corrective Styling Mousse (although I think it's also called Curl Reviving Mousse in some places). It's a mousse that you literally put on wet hair and scrunch a little. It takes away ALL the frizz, and styles for the whole day.

You need to make sure you put a little extra on the ends hthough, to make sure it stays, and if you style it before going out in the evening, you wake up the next day, put a little extra mousse in, and you're good to go, looking evern better than you were the night before.

If you put too much mousse in, you get the wet look, but if you are stringent with it, it gives you really shiny curls. Beautiful!

I normally buy it online, as my local Boots pharmacy don't stock it. Their website is www.boots.com, although I'm sure you can find it more locally to avoid shipping costs.

Scrunching hair (mine is so curly and frizzy)?

calmin' down the curls, every curly haired girl nightmare. I've had curly hair for a while I used to straighten everyday until I realized how much of my life i was wasting on self image and it would be nice to have a little less mirror time. First thing I do it use a curly hair conditioner, it eliminates frizz and keeps your curls nice and springy. Also people with straight hair don't use conditioner because it will make them look to flat. So when curly hair people use it it relaxes our curls but not enough to diminish. When I get out of the shower I brush my hair wet. Then I begin to shake my hair with my hands to let the curls come alive. After this, with my hair wet I spray with hair spray (quite a bit). Try a few different frizzing products that are made for straight hair this will really help relaxing curls to achieve those loose sexy curls. Expiriment with applying products to your hair when you hair is wet instead of dry, this may take a couple of trys. I dry my hair using a defuser - depending why kind of curly hair you have you may or may not need a defuser. When hair is dry I found the best product its brand is KENDRA and it called "thermal styling spray" You can then use your hand and hold the desired scrunch and at the same time use the heat of the drier to work the product. This product calms curls and holds them. You can mold your curls to whatever you want using this. If you have really tight curls try drying your hair in a loose ponytail to elongate them. Then use the thermal spray to mold them like that. After this I go at it with hair spray - my favorite! Find a style that works for you. For the longest time I tried to do looks that my hair could do and try to kill my curls. Now I love my curls I'm not afraid to make them big and bold! My friends call me sex god because my hair looks like sex hair!

Good Luck from one curly girl to another! :D

Thick curly hair. HELP!?

Okay, well I鈥檝e struggled with dry, frizzy, hair since I was little. My mom is African American, and my Dad is mostly Spanish. So I have a mix of hair types. But it鈥檚 still EXTREMELY frizzy, and way too thick. Like REALLY thick! I鈥檓 considering thinning it out with the thinning scissors. But I鈥檓 not sure because I know my hair will grow back, and I鈥檓 not sure if it will just make it frizzy on top. I鈥檓 not sure if long layers would help. But I鈥檒l probably end up with them, just to see. Do you have any suggestions?? Any would help. Oh yea, and I got a relaxer and it helped, but my hair is still soo thick that it takes forever to straighten it. And if it helps, I鈥檓 only 14 陆. So I don鈥檛 really have the money to get anything expensive done to my hair. Like that Japanese straightening thing. So thanks if you can help.

-Autumn.

Thick curly hair. HELP!?

my hair is thicker than thick and very curly and it has that irish texture to it. I got it thinned and i saw no difference. My hair seemed a lot thinner when i let it grow long, it does take longer to straighten but it doesnt look as thick as it has before.

Thick curly hair. HELP!?

just use a stay in conditioner........

Thick curly hair. HELP!?

John Frieda Frizz-Ease Straight Ahead shampoo and conditioner. For extra help with frizz, use the frizz-ease serum, too, on your wet hair.

If you get a hair straightener, make sure that it has ceramic plates. These won't damage your hair as much, and will make your hair shinier.

Make sure you trim your hair regularly so that it doesn't get too damaged from all the straightening.

Thick curly hair. HELP!?

Well i would say just put it in a low ponytail, looks very good on hispanic women. But if you REALLY want it thinner, then use the thinning scissors, that worked with my hair.

Thick curly hair. HELP!?

short hair is really in and cute! so - start with the layers and if you don't like it go short or shorter layers.

short hair is easier to maintain - less styling means less harshness to your hair.

good luck!

Thick curly hair. HELP!?

get it thinned at a salon, it'll be done rite then, or braid it. that's really cute and easy to deal with, besides- you could match beads with your clothes.

Thick curly hair. HELP!?

I AM A PROFESSIONAL HAIR STYLIST, I RECOMMEND YOU DEEP CONDITION YOUR HAIR WITH "PERFECT RESULTS" PRODUCTS, THEN GET IT CUT INTO A MANAGEABLE STYLE LIKE LONG LAYERS, OR CUT YOUR HAIR SHORT AT THE BACK AND LAYERED AT THE TOP . INDEED IT WILL GROW BACK, ALL HAIR DOES, IT WILL BE UP TO YOU TO KEEP UP THE CUT/STYLE. YOU CAN ALSO CUT IT TO A MANAGEABLE LENGTH AND THEN KEEP IT STRAIGHTENED WITH CERAMIC IRONS. BUT YOU HAVE TO BE FAITHFUL TO YOUR HAIR AND KEEP IT UP OR ELSE YOU'LL BE BACK AT SQUARE ONE! HOPE I HELPED! GOOD LUCK!

Thick curly hair. HELP!?

Okay you probably just have coarse hair (i'm spanish, it's an ethnic thing :] ..) Now straightening it can just make it even more frizzy because it dries out your hair even more.

Now *J Beverly Hills* makes a Masque treatment that you can buy in the bottle %26amp; just put in your hair.. it smooths it out %26amp; makes it so much better. ( i don't think you can buy it at a CVS.. try ordering it online)

also try using *Frizz Ease*... you can buy it at CVS

%26amp; by the way DO NOT TRY TO THIN OUT YOUR HAIR =O worst thing ever. it will completely ruin your hair.

good luck to ya =) - olivia.
