Well for me i got layers in to it and a couple days later it became curly (because of the layers) it might not work for everyone...but maybe you should try it

u can't blow dry it curly but u can get a pem and make sure if u do get a perm try to make sure it's not 2 curly

Curling irons are one way - but take forever. You could try a perm, but if your hair is thick, you may be in for trouble - biiiig hair!

My hair is thick and wavy, and the only way I can make it curly is: while wet, put lots of good quality mousse and curling spritzer/gel... scrunch it up in your hand and use a diffuser on your dryer - continuing to scrunch it up while drying (make sure it's on a low setting). I find the best results are if you don't dry it all the way - to avoid frizzies...
