my hair is straight but i want it curly...any suggestions(no perm, or iron) and something that makes it stay that way cuz hairspray hasnt been working too well

Braiding, scrunching with gel, or hair rollers, if you can't buy stuff, then braiding your hair would be the easiest way, I suggest you let somebody french braid your hair so your curls are from the top of your head but you can just braid it normally (divide in as many sections as you want, I suggest two or three) and then maybe just scrunch the tops a little.

# Put your hair in braids. The number and thickness of braids will depend on how curly you want your hair. The important thing is to braid tightly, because a looser braid will create more of a wave than a curl.

I use a product called AG. I love it.. They only sell it in salons.. Also, you may want to but a diffuser for your hair dryer.. Hope this helps..

The best and easiest way to get curly hair without using harsh products is french braiding. When your hair is still damp, put a *little bit* of styling gel or mousse in it, then French braid into pigtails...the tighter, the better. Leave it in while your sleeping to dry. You could even take a blowdryer to it (the heat will help set the curl). Once it's dry, take it out and you'll have perfect curls.
