if you have naturally wavy or curly hair, just add some curl enhancer, like mousse or cream ( i like bumble and bumble curl conscious) and allow hair to air dry or diffuse it with a dryer. then when hair is dry, touch up some of the curls with a curling iron. allow hair to cool, then gently shake curls to loosen a bit. spray with some hair spray.

if your hair is straight, curl hair with curling iron and follow last steps i listed above.
