Curly frizzy hair?

i have very curly frizzy hair i need a way to keep it straight or not frizzy i leave my hair naturally alot and now im bored with the same curly frizzy curls everyday i've also been using a straightner for a year and all it did was dry out my hair i havent used a straightner in a week im wondering wether to or not. btw no hair products work i have millions of shampoo's,sprays, gels conditioners etc is there something i can do??

Curly frizzy hair?

what has worked GREAT for me is that i shampoo, condition, and glaze with the john frieda products. then, i take some straightening balm (i use brilliant brunette) and make about 6 large braids, a little loose. then i let it air dry and when i take them out, i have nice loose waves and its not frizzy! if they do get a little frizzy, i put the sunsilk de-frizz stuff on them. i know how it is, because products never worked for my hair, but this really worked for me. hopefully, your frizzy hair may go away, because hair texture and stuff can change every 6-8 years.

Curly frizzy hair?

i have the same exact problem.

i haven`t straightened my hair in a while because it damages my hair. ( i straightened it everyday)

you should do a hot oil treatment.

get olive oil.

heat it up for 20 seconds in microwave.

apply evenly through hair.

leave on for 10 minutes.

%26amp; rinse out.

but if your hair feels greasy.

shampoo hair.

or if you don`t want to do the treatment.

use a deep conditioner and leave it on for 5 minutes. ( i recommend the pantene restoritives one)

good luck =]]

I also used to have curly/frizzy hair and I got a perm.....or you can straighten it every day but then thats really bad for your hair so good luck with that....and by the way, all the costs of the products

and or straighteners you are going to buy is going to add up to

the cost of the perm which is like $60-$150 and then you would

have just wished that you got a perm instead.

Hot Oil Treatment!

Take 1/2 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons honey, and 3 Vitamin E capsules. Mix it all together and heat until just warm. Apply all over damp hair, and wrap it in a shower cap. Wrap a warm towel on top.

Leave it on over night, and even the next day. Rinse with hot water until it isn't greasy any more.

Try not to use a hard shampoo, as it will strip the oil from the hair cuticle, and let your hair air dry as much as possible.

Curly frizzy hair?

Aye you must be young, /once you're older you'll know how to curl/style your hair differently everyday. Don't worry for now no one cares.

Curly frizzy hair?

Sounds like me. When I was younger I tried everything to get rid of the frizzies including straitening and getting a perm. Messed my hair up for quite awhile. Now all I do is wash it with a shampoo/conditioner combo, put some Paul Mitchell mousse in it brush, and go. With the mousse it air dries and the natural curl comes out without frizz. That's pretty hard to do where I live with high humidity too. Since your hair is problably damaged from the other stuff you've done to it, condition it once a week with a heavy conditioner and put a leave in conditioner in daily.

First of all stop using sprays and gels. They are just further damaging your hair. No joke. I have naturally curly hair and I managed to get control of the frizz after I stopped using those products. Try using aloe vera gel, the 100% stuff, on your hair every time you shampoo. You put it in after you get out of the shower when your hair is damp, not soaking wet but damp.

Buy a shampoo and condition that has Avocado oil in it. Or use Redken. Thats what works for me. Don't use a straighten, blow dryer or anything like that on your hair. It just causes further damage to the strands themselves.

Try doing a hot oil treatment once a week on your hair. I usually use a dallop of olive oil. I put it into my hair, spread it all around let it sit for 20 minutes while I take a steamy shower then I wash and condition my hair. Or you can use baby oil as well. Just baby oil is harder to get all the way out.

Good luck!
