i keep seeing this video on vh1, but i always miss what the song is called and who the artist is. all i know about it, is that the artist is a tall, thin guy with shaggy/curly brown hair and he is playing piano while a little girl wearing a yellow dress is sitting on top. the songs starts off with dialogue from a woman that sounds like it would be from an old romance movie (i.e. gone with the wind) and the little girl is lip-synching the dialogue.
