How do i get my hair wavy when i have thick curly brown hair?

it's not imensly curly, like if i straighten it it comes out nicely, it'll look like i have naturally straight hair, but i really want to have it wavy once and awhile, right now i have only two options, curly or straight. and i don't want it to frizz.. any suggestions or tips?

I have naturally curly hair as well. This is what I do when I want to have just a little wave to my hair. After washing my hair I use Finesse curl enhancing mousse (what I use all the time anyway) and then pull it back and put it in a clippy. I have very long hair so sometimes I have to put it in 2 clippys. It is dry by morning and you just let your hair down. I also use a shine enhancer once I let my hair down.

well if u dont want a permament curly hair then i suggest u go with the perm liquid jells and teewers (the rolls pins as soem call it) and every now and then have it curly well if u dont want then go for hair straightner...works wonder.!!!!!!! cheers

Extra large rollers will give you a nice wave.If your hair is prone to frizz,use some anti-frizz serum (like Frizz-Ease) before setting. When you remove rollers, don't brush....just rake fingers through hair,with a little more frizz serum, and Voila!

Put some sort of liquid or hair gel to create a waviness, which also takes away the frizziness. Hope this helps xxoo
